The West Central Region of NATS will hold its annual auditions on November 3-4 at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. Our guest master class clinician will be Brian Horne Executive Director of the NATS Foundation, Governor of the NATS Great Lakes Region, and Voice Professor at Indiana University. Shelby VanNordstrand will be the highschool master class clinician. There will also be presentations by Kerry Ginger – “ Creating an Interdisciplinary Approach to Opera and Musical Theatre”, Julie Grives – “Engaging the Core: A study of an exercise band’s effects on aerodynamics measurements in singing”, and Chadley Ballantyne – “The Second Vocal Tract Resonance: fR2 Strategies in Performance in the Studio.”

NATSAA Auditions will be held on Thursday, November 2 from 12 noon to 5 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church in Greeley, CO.
The 2016 West Central Regional Conference and Auditions will be held at Wichita State University, Wichita, KS on November 3-5. More information will be provided in September about registering for the conference and auditions. If you have questions before then, please contact the Auditions Chair, Ivalah Allen.
